Job Description

NOVAMED USA Customer Service representatives provide customers with product information, process orders, and offer excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented multi-tasker with excellent computer skills.


Responsibilities include:
  • Process customer orders / shipments utilizing various carriers.
  • Assist customers with ordering, product inquiries, etc.
  • Experience with medical products preferred.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience.
  • Friendly, personable, positive and upbeat required.
  • Must be comfortable answering high-volume calls and able to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
